  • When our doors opened in 2004, T.E.A.S. started servicing and repairing trailer-mounted oilfield equipment. Due to pressure from customers, we quickly began manufacturing coil tubing products, all the while focusing on meeting the customer's needs specifically rather than creating standardized solutions. Today the company focuses on fabricating customer specified equipment configurations; such as fracture equipment, coil tubing units, pumping equipment, blenders, and other related ancillary equipment.

We continue to pride ourselves in bringing our customers' ideas to life, and to serve the oil and gas industry worldwide. With our emphasis on attention to detail and quality of service, we are able to deliver a high quality cost effective solution to our customers.

Customer Focus, Assured Safety, Quality, Reliability And Dependable Service Are The Keys To Our Repeated Success.

What's In Your Trailer?! So Much More Than Just Equipment Trailers...
Due to numerous customer requests, Total Equipment And Service has expanded into another product line. With the cooler months of the year upon us, the requirements for safety trailers has increased. Instead of offering a basic heater trailer solution, we wanted to offer a year-round solution to maximize the investment. These custom configured trailers can offer an escape from mother nature's elements, but also for security, safety and first-aid, and mobile offices.

From safety to convenience, from economic to extravagant, from 18' tandem axle to 52' semi trailers, we have a solution. We can build these specialized trailers to include a wide variety of features and amenities, including safety showers, which are quickly becoming a requirement throughout the industry. Data Acquisition Units are also following suit and moving from a truck chassis to trailers.

Total Equipment And Service Data Acquisition Trailers provide a centralized command center to control all critical well site equipment while monitoring, recording and supervising the fracturing treatment. These trailers can reduce the number of equipment operators required to complete the treatment while greatly improving job quality through centralized real-time data gathering and presentation.

As with all equipment, these Data Trailer units are custom designed and engineered to the customer's specifications down to the greatest of detail. Total Equipment takes great pride in offering the most productive configuration to the end user's operations.

New Machine Department Up And Running
Another recent expansion for Total Equipment was the acquisition of a North Texas machine shop. It will continue to function off-site until construction of our new 12,000sqft building is completed in the next couple months. This addition to our in-house service will benefit all divisions of the company from prototyping new and improved components to expediting concerns on typically long lead time items. With our artillery of CNC machines; including 3 Mills, a Water Jet and a Lathe, we can control quality and production in real time to avoid costly delays in both of fabrication and assembly departments.

Bring Life Back to Your Pump!
With recent expansion of the our service department and over $2,000,000 of inventory invested, Total Equipment And Service is now taking pump service to a whole new level.

From our vast experience in building pumps from the ground up, we know that reliability and durability is an absolute must. We are taking in pumps of all manufacturers and disassembling them to qualify any reusable parts. The frame is checked for wear and cracks while all parts are cleaned and re-inspected. These rebuilds will receive all new bearings; including main, rod, and crosshead. Liners and crossheads can also be replaced if necessary. A final cleaning, QC inspection and a fresh coat of paint make the pump ready for delivery.

Most components for late model pumps are on-hand to reduce delays and get you back up and running as fast as possible. Give us a call to make arrangements today!

    NHRA Provides Total Thrills!
With heightened anticipation in both the racing and oilfield industries, J.R. Todd jumped into the cockpit of the Total Equipment And Service top fuel dragster this past weekend and settled in quickly. The Royal Purple Raceway event, where Todd won in 2007, now has another significant meaning in his career as his return to NHRA after a 3 year hiatus.

Friday opened up well for the Bob Vandergriff Racing driver with an opening Round 1 pass of 3.95sec at 312mph. Gaining confidence in qualifying, he improved to a 3.87sec at 319mph later that day in Round 2. Even though Saturday's rounds 3 and 4 (3.94 and 3.96) didn't improve his position, the passes proved he had a solid race day contention in mind. The O'Reilly Auto Parts NHRA Spring Nationals presented by Super Start Batteries Elimination Round began Sunday morning; the team was ready and the fans were excited. Todd staged next to Antron Brown, the same driver he last faced in the semifinals in Sonoma, CA (2009). With hopes to join his teammate, Bob Vendergriff Jr, who had already got a seat in the QuarterFinals, JR held a very tight race until a backfire automatically deployed his chute at about 660ft.

The weekend was a true success for the team as hundreds of employees, vendors, customers, friends and family joined in on the festivities throughout the 3 day event. Both press and fans were excited to see Todd back in the driver seat with such great track presence.

We look forward to continued racing excitement from J.R. Todd during the 2012 season, including this weekend's Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Southern Nationals in Atlanta, GA. Television coverage will be provided by ESPN2HD, both Saturday and Sunday evenings.
